Carolina Closets Plus announces a new partnership with Element Designs, Inc.
We are proud to announce that we’re partnering with a local NC company to offer modern aluminum frame door products. This includes great space saving sliding door systems for closets, entertainment centers and anywhere that standard doors cause a space issue. We also offer standard doors and awning door with a modern look. Board of advisors for the Independent Closet Companies Closet Institute of America. (January 2021)
Mike Hoffer, along with 9 other members from around the country, make up the advisory board that helps independent closet companies better serve their customers. The Closet Institute of America holds yearly conferences for it’s members as well as host discussion groups and forums to allow members to be at the cutting edge of the organization business.

Lindsey Hoffer, who is the production manager for Carolina Closets Plus was selected to be a part of a discussion panel at a recent closet conference summit. The panel led a discussion on best practices in the industry for installers and ways to be more efficient on the job. Lindsey has a unique perspective because she not only does installation but programs and operates the CNC (computer numerically controlled) machinery that manufactures all the parts needed for every job.
Carolina Closets Plus Completes Manufacturing Expansion
In 2019, we moved into a state of the art manufacturing facility north of Hillsborough. This is where all the magic happens. Our 10,000 square foot facility makes all the parts to go into each job. We also have a cutting edge drawer making section where we assemble all of our solid wood drawer boxes. All of the drawers we make at Carolina Closets Plus come from American made plywood and are built to the tightest of standards using a hydraulic clamping system. We carry thousands of parts and accessories to make sure we have everything we need for each job.

Carolina Closets Plus is proud to be selected once again as the exclusive organization provider for the 2020 season of HGTV’s Love It Or List It series.
